Eligible items may be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings / ear pieces must be completely unworn to be eligible for return.

All OffSzn pieces include a one-year manufacturing warranty covering qualifying craftsmanship or manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, scratches, oxidation, plating wear, accidental damage, misuse, bending, chemical exposure, water damage, lost items, and third-party repairs are not covered.
